The company is led by industry veterans Joshua Schwalbe (Managing Principal) and Saul Scherl (Principal), who combined have over 50 years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
Effective Investment Strategies
Maple Hill has the ability to invest in all property types and mainly targets “value-add” investment strategies within middle-market sized transactions ranging from $10 million to $50 million.
The company focuses on strong submarkets within the northeastern and southeastern part of the US. The principals have spent most of their careers focusing on these investment types in this size range and believe this space to be under-served by the investment community.
